The Plantation

The Plantation is a 72-room charming and colonial style hotel, located just 80m behind the Royal Palace and 100m from the National Museum.
The buildings are currently under reconstruction and due to be completed in November 2011.
The architect is Mr. Ivan Tizianel from Asma Architects, Siem Reap.
It will be setup in a lush an exotic garden with a 25m swimming pool, in the heart of the tourist area of Phnom Penh. Facilities will include restaurant, bar, spa, fitness centre...
The rooms will have a contemporary style using locally produced materials. The rates are expected to be in the 60 - 80 USD net range.
